MRS Electronic Inc. Rebrands as MRX Technology, Inc!

MRS Electronic Inc. today announced its official rebranding to 
MRX Technology Inc., marking a strategic step forward as the 
company expands its role in delivering ruggedized electronic
solutions across the Americas.


The new identity reflects both a significant expansion in product scope, and the recent acquisition of
MRS Electronic GmbH & Co KG in Germany by Würth ICS GmbH & Co KG. The sale does not include
the former MRS Electronic, Inc, now known as MRX Technology, nor are there any changes to
ownership nor organizational structure of MRX, ensuring seamless continuity for customers and
partners.

Having been recently acquired by Würth Elektronik ICS GmbH & Co. KG, MRS Electronic GmbH &
Co KG is now assured the capital and global infrastructure to execute on its longstanding goals.
