As a company, we are always looking for new ways to improve our systems, and provide the best products and services to our customers. MRS Electronic, Inc. has always followed the best practices to offer quality above all to our customers. With that in mind, we set the goal for the end of 2017 to become ISO 9001:2015 certified.

The ISO 9001:2015 is an international standard that ensures that businesses are meeting the requirements of its customers and the industries they serve. The standard comes with guidelines on the quality process that must be followed in order to assure the best quality and services to customers. Businesses that receive the certification are audited annually to ensure that they are sustaining and improving the effectiveness of their management system.

When Quality Systems Manager Ken Willis joined the MRS Electronic, Inc. team, his expertise and experience were utilized to create and implement an effective management system that would be certified the ISO 9001:2015 standards. The use of a comprehensive data management system which captures, organizes, links, and distributes management system information was critical to the process. The all-in-one tool called The Whole Enchilada (TWE) was created by our Director of Engineering, Brent Sink.

With TWE, our team is able to track all of the daily activities within the company. It is used for customer relationship management, project monitoring, tasks tracking, quality management, data management, and much more.

We are happy to say that MRS Electronic, Inc. passed the auditing process with flying colors and we are officially ISO 9001:2015 certified!
